CNP Assurances optimizes its telephone reception with DialOnce’s visual IVR

Dial Once was present on April 10, 11, and 12, 2018, at the Customer Strategy Expo. It was an opportunity to interact with our clients, prospects, partners, and to present our vision on the future of customer relations.

On Wednesday, Adrien Lesage, CCO of Dial Once, hosted a workshop on the theme of Visual IVR with one of our clients: CNP Assurances. Thanks to a better analysis of customer journeys, CNP Assurances and Dial Once were able to improve the customer experience and enhance the group's existing digital solutions.
